What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you choose to enter into the recruitment interest form: your name, email address, phone number, class year, major, an optional social handle, how you heard about the chapter, and an optional message.

The site does not require an account, and it does not ask for information anywhere else.

How it is used

Submissions are emailed to the chapter’s recruitment leaders so they can respond to you and share recruitment information. That is the only purpose. Your information is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated commercial marketing.

Access is limited to chapter leaders with a recruitment responsibility.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered by Resend, an email delivery provider, and are received in the chapter’s email inbox. The website is hosted on Vercel, whose servers process standard request information such as IP address in order to serve pages and to limit abusive traffic.

Analytics

This website does not currently run an analytics or advertising tracker. It sets no advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you. If the chapter later adds privacy-conscious analytics, this page will be updated to name the provider, and no information you type into the recruitment form will ever be sent to it.

Retention and requests

Recruitment submissions are kept by the chapter for as long as they are useful to the recruitment process. If you would like your information removed, contact the chapter and it will be deleted from the recruitment inbox and any list derived from it.

Requests and questions about this policy can be sent to the chapter through the contact details published in the site footer.

Photographs

Photographs published on this site are used with the permission of the chapter. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, contact the chapter and it will be taken down.

Other sites

This site links to services the chapter does not operate, including Phi Delta Theta International, Live Like Lou, UNC Charlotte and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply once you follow those links.
