01North Carolina Epsilon
More than a fraternity. A standard to live by — real friendship, honest growth, and men who expect more of themselves and of one another.
Phi Delta Theta brings together men who expect more from themselves and from one another. At NC Epsilon, that means building real friendships, pursuing growth, leading with integrity, and creating a college experience that lasts far beyond graduation.

02The Cardinal Principles
Three pillars. One purpose.
Since 1848, every Phi has been bound by the same three principles. They are how we choose our members and how we hold each other to account.
01 I
Friendship
Build genuine brotherhood through trust, loyalty, encouragement, and care for one another.
02 II
Sound Learning
Pursue growth through discipline, curiosity, humility, and a commitment to becoming better men.
03 III
Rectitude
Choose integrity, moral courage, accountability, and doing what is right when it matters.
